Then, heat some oil in a pan and stir in the ginger and chicken. Cook it over a medium-high flame until the color of the chicken changes all over. Add the vegetables and keep cooking until they are soft.
When you put something in the tortilla, fold the two opposite edges into the middle. Wrap the open ends of the tortilla by bringing the two edges together.
